【利用規約】 当ショップ製品をご利用になる場合は、以下の規約に同意したものとみなされます。 商用利用については商用利用版をご利用ください。 著作権は放棄しておりません。 ・予告なしでデータのアップデート、販売の中止や価格の変更を行う場合があります。 ・当ショップ製品を利用することで発生したトラブル・損害等に制作者とその関係者はなんら責任を負いません。 ・特定のアプリ等で用いる製品について、当該アプリ等での仕様変更に対し必ずしも対応を保証するものではありません。 ・デジタルデータの特性により、ご購入後の返品及び返金・減額の請求、又は購入代金支払いの拒絶はできません。 【禁止事項】 ・当ショップ製品に含まれるデータやこれを改変したもの、またはこれらを使用したデータセット等の販売、配布、ならびに、購入者以外の方が利用できる形態でのアップロード ・作者を偽る行為 ・NFTに関する利用 ・特定の宗教、政治的主張目的での利用 ・他者を誹謗中傷する行為 ・当ショップ製品のデータ、制作者とその関係者、または第三者を傷つけたり権利を侵害する行為 【商用利用について】 商用利用については商用利用版をご利用ください。 ・購入者が販売するアプリやゲーム内での利用が可能です。 ・収益化を伴う配信・映像作品への利用が可能です。 ・楽曲ジャケット絵への利用が可能です。 ・上記の禁止事項については商用利用版においても適用されます。 ・製作者のクレジット表記は問いません。 【Terms of use】 By using our product, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms. For commercial use, please use the version for commercial use. We do not waive the copyright. - Data may be updated, sales may be discontinued, or prices may be changed without prior notice. - The creator and related parties are not responsible for any troubles or damages caused by using this prduct. - For products used in specific applications, we do not necessarily support for changes in specifications in such applications. - Due to the nature of digital data, it is not possible to refund, reduction, or refuse payment after purchase. 【Prohibited matters】 - Selling or distributing the data contained in our product, modified versions thereof, or data sets using them, or uploading them in a form that can be used by anyone other than the purchaser. - Acts of misrepresenting the author. - Use related to NFT. - Use for specific religious or political purposes. - Acts that slander others. - Acts that harm or infringe on the rights of our data, the creator and its related parties, or third parties. 【About commercial use】 For commercial use, please use the version for commercial use. - Can be used in the applications sold by the purchaser. - The prohibited matters above also apply to the commercial version. - The credit notation of the creator does not matter.
